What if I've got it all wrong? What if the order of operations is... I can't feel anything well enough to gage pain, by the time the pain sense kicks in, it's already too late and I'm in *MASSIVE* pain...

What does THAT sound like?

Because I can't gauge *any* sensation. Not pain, not hunger, not tired, not... I never know what my body is feeling one moment to the next. It takes a while to tell what it wants. And usually, by that point, I'm starving, or have to pee (NOW), or ...

And then everything is overwhelming and too much...

What does THAT sound like?

Uh... first impression. Sounds like anesthesia. Especially with ketamine or opioids. Essentially you do not recognize stimuli until it is at the level of a scream. See my last post to your other inquiry.

and would autoimmune hypophysitis do that? Because I'm on *NOTHING*. And have been for months. Is that just a high pain tolerance or somethng else?
